(1) Full time students (under 30 years old) can benefit from the student fee. PLEASE NOTE that Intesa San Paolo Bank participates to Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode programmes. The service helps to prevent unauthorized online use of credit cards by confirming cardholder's identity with an additional password.

After September 20th, registration will be available only onsite. Onsite registration fee can be paid cash (in Euro) or with credit card (Visa or Mastercard). American Express card and cheques will not be accepted.

 Confirmations, cancellations and refunds

• Please note that registrations can only be accepted and confirmed upon receipt of the completed registration form.

• All payments have to be made in Euros by credit card or bank transfer.

• Members of ISoP are eligible for “member” rate. If ISoP cannot verify your current membership, you will be charged the Non-member rate.

• When you pay and register as Non-member, at the full registration rate, you will receive ISoP membership status from January 1st to December 31st, 2014   (this membership does not include a subscription to the journal Society “Drug Safety”). A welcome letter will be sent after the conference in January when the Applications Committee of ISoP confirmed the acceptance.

• Written confirmation will be sent by e-mail to all registered delegates.

• Registration must be postmarked no later than July 15th, 2013, to qualify for discounted fees.

– if received by July 1st, 2013, the payment will be refunded in full

– if received between July 1st and August 1st, 2013, 50% of the fee will be refunded

– if received later than August 1st, there will be no refund.

• All cancellations must be done in writing and must be received (not sent) by August 1st, 2013.

All refunds, if any, will be done after the end of the Meeting

In the event that the Meeting is cancelled by the organizers, or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of the organizers, the registration fee will be refunded in full. The liability of the organizers shall be limited to that refund and the organizers shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, howsoever caused, incurred or arising.

ISoP 2013 Secretariat acting on behalf of ISoP, will hold and process your personal details on their database for the sole purpose of administering the ISoP 2013 conference. This information is necessary for the legitimate management of this conference.
